1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AppRadar ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppRadar provides app store optimization (ASO) tools, market intelligence, and analytics services for mobile app developers and publishers. Our Service includes app tracking, keyword monitoring, revenue estimates, and competitor analysis features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract data in unauthorized ways

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The analytics, estimates, and data provided through our Service are based on publicly available information and proprietary algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data. Revenue and download estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact figures.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AppRadar, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
